Debra is an experienced arts director and creative producer. Not only our Director, she’s also Sector Lead for Manchester Music City and Chair of the international Music Cities Network.
Debra previously worked as the Director of Women in Music, and was Artistic Director of the Commonwealth Games Cultural Programme.
