Change The Record

A national conference with a crowd-sourced agenda. This is part of our work to affect permanent change around the roles, representation and recognition of women in music. The day featured provocations, conversations and practical how-to sessions with leading music industry figures and innovators, such as Beth Orton, Chi-chi Nwanoku OBE and Claire Mera-Nelson (Arts Council England).

The next step is the development of a brand new ‘manifesto’ for gender equality in music which we’ll take to policy makers, people of influence and into the political sphere.
