Currently, Anita is the relationship manager for Punch, The Drum and Performances Birmingham Limited (who are all based in Birmingham) and Baby People based in Derby. She also has a responsibility for the Music Education Hubs located in Sandwell, Dudley and Walsall. Anita has also worked at The Drum Arts Centre, BBC Radio WM and two Birmingham based colleges in teaching roles. She’s promoted local, national and international showcase events and even made a video documentary which was shown on Channel 4 about tattooing and piercing, where she commissioned a piece of music called ‘Steel and Skin’. CHAIR: Amy Frenchum [Brownswood Music]
Amy has been working in and around music for the past six years. She is currently responsible for “Events”, including producing the Worldwide Awards at KOKO, “Special Projects”, establishing partnerships with brands across the Brownswood Music operation and project management of Future Bubblers – Brownswood’s new talent discovery and development idea in conjunction with Arts Council England.
Moses, Anita, Joe and Amy will take part in ‘Make Music : Need Money’, a music industry panel for young musicians, giving insight into all the potential startup income streams for young and emerging musicians. The panel is free and open to musicians aged 13-25’s. Find out more and book.
