“I want to develop my behavioural management skills, understanding of safeguarding and generally improve as a practitioner. I am looking forward to experiencing new workshop settings through placements as well as having a focus on my development. After I have completed the CME I would like to feel capable of running my own projects, applying for funding applications and working with organisations. I would like to build a career that involves running workshops and participatory arts projects and being a music artist.”
