Dr Virginia Tandy OBE has a wealth of experience in cultural policy and strategy.
A former Director of Culture at Manchester City Council, she is the Director of CADA, the national agency for creative ageing in England.
A member of the board of National Museums Liverpool, she sits on the Fabric Committee for St Paul’s Cathedral in London, and is a trustee of the Granada Foundation.
