Our Summer Programme is now on sale.

We’re delighted to present, in partnership with Band on the Wall, another fantastic programme of courses and group sessions for spring.

Our Creative Music Programme offers a wide range of affordable musical activities for all ages, tastes and abilities in the friendly and informal setting of Manchester’s iconic music venue, Band on the Wall. Whether you want to learn a new instrument, sing in a choir or play in a music group we’ve got something for you. A perfect solution for Christmas presents and New Year resolutions!

All courses and groups are led by a dedicated team of experienced tutors and professional musicians. Some courses will be supported by online resources and recordings of key sessions and performances. All will be inspiring and supportive, giving opportunities to learn, perform and practice in Manchester’s best live music venue.

Our exciting spring programme includes returning favourites Jazz Foundations jazz band, Folk Group for all melodic instruments, Ableton Live music production course, Sing City songwriting and vocal sessions (for 13-18’s), Shake Rattle & Roll for babies, toddlers and their parents, Harmonica group classes and Beginner Guitar 1-to-1’s and group lessons.

New for 2016, we’re delighted to introduce Music Works — a fun and practical way to help you understand music theory; Harmonica Choir — a fun way to harmonise as a group and learn new skills and tunes in the process; and Indian Fusion Lab — an exploration of the different ways songwriters and performers of any instrument can use elements of Indian Classical Music to create new music.

Courses and groups start in January and run throughout the term time. Take a look below at the courses we’re offering.
