  • Looking to develop your skills and confidence, and have a go at something new
  • Keen to meet new people and make connections in the Manchester music scene

  • Women, including Trans Women
  • Non-Binary / Agender people
  • Gender Fluid / Genderqueer people

About the artists

Meduulla is looking into the camera, wearing a yellow top and standing in front of a light blue background. She is wearing a beaded necklace that is primarily yellow with various other colours dotted throughout.

Meduulla, hailing from North Manchester, is a 24 year old Zimbabwean-born Rapper, poet and DJ. Meduulla marries her modern flows and witty lyrics with jazz inspired hip hop instrumentals to create music that reflects the present day whilst carrying a nostalgic air. The award winning wordsmith released her debut EP ‘Oblongata’ in November 2023. After the leading track on the project ‘Limbo’ went viral on TikTok, it garnered 200k streams on Spotify alone and had ‘over 100k people hanging on every word’ according to Fashionably Early Magazine. Having opened up for hip hop legends such as AZ and Souls of Mischief during their world tours, she is no novice when it comes to rocking a crowd. Her recent work with e.l.f. Cosmetics as the face of their recent campaign reflects her passion for encouraging self expression, a quality that is also expressed by her musical influences such as Oliver Mtukudzi, The Fugees and Noname.

Victoria Jane is a 25 year old creative all rounder. London born, Manny raised, she is the current presenter and host of Radio 1's Future Soul Show. She is also a music artist herself and has been named one of Manchester’s most exciting vocal talents to emerge from the UK R&B/Soul scene. Victoria runs ‘Vic Meets’, providing a spotlight for emerging talent. Since beginning she has hosted two sold out showcases in both Manchester and London, and organised an all-female networking event in Manchester with Nandos.
