Phill Howley is a Manchester-based creative leader, musician, facilitator, and creative development specialist with over 20 years’ experience delivering inclusive, community-focused programmes across the UK.
Phill has worked with organisations including Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Love Music Trust, University of Salford, and BIMM University, alongside partnerships with organisations such as The Prince’s Trust and Help Musicians.
An experienced facilitator, mentor, and strategic programme leader, Phill has developed and led training and development programmes for emerging artists, music leaders, teachers, and youth workers, often working in complex and challenging settings with adults and young people facing significant barriers.
Alongside his development work, Phill is an accomplished professional musician and a member of the band Honeyfeet. He has toured internationally and collaborated with artists including Rioghnach Connolly, Graham Massey, Alabaster Deplume, Liz Green, and Marconi Union. His performances have included major UK and international festivals, with music featured on BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio 2, BBC, and the TV series Brassic.
