In June 2024 we brought a group of dynamic young creatives together to examine and interrogate the current state of the music industry.
Tasked with producing an event that spotlights issues that affect their generation, through taking part in our training programme covering all aspects of live event production, the group formed Revel Collective.
Not wanting to operate in an echo chamber, in October 2024 they invited people aged 16-30 to find out what they think, handing the mic to those who, like them, are the future of the music industry.
“Having the freedom to express ourselves was a huge deal, and implementing our ideas and bringing them to life was a dream come true. The whole idea was to spark positive movement in the music industry and we were given the power to execute that.”

The very next day Revel presented the outcomes from their discussions at our Future Forming Symposium, a day of sharing visions, discussing challenges and reimagining the future with key changemakers in the industry.

In 2024 Revel learned and listened. Come 2025 the Collective started cooking and in March they returned with their own Music Summit, addressing hidden truths, tackling industry complexities and sharing straight facts.
This groundbreaking music event featured a packed programme of interactive workshops, collaborative panel discussions, demo listening sessions, mentoring and live music from rising Manchester stars. Here’s how it went…
It’s been a joy supporting this dynamic collective of young creatives, watching them learn and grow as they create spaces where creativity can flourish and artists can rise together. We’re excited to see what comes next!
Give them a follow to join the movement.
